Routine 03:34
You wake up each morning with all the same thoughts on your mind You Watch as the light of the sun cracks through your blinds You have the same routine but don’t want to change a thing You lay in your bed thinking that some day it will change You’re telling yourself it’s okay but you’re truly to blame You know It’s driving you and your friends insane Insane Let’s take apart everything to dissect what’s inside I know it’s a lot to unpack so let’s take our time You've tackle the same issues here for more than enough times You know that It’s driving you insane Insane

Spells 03:12
Running but it don’t feel right Is it the season? Telling me you want to try But don’t believe it I don’t wanna be so shy But have my reasons I’m trying I’m hearing All the words you Want to hear You speak as if you own my thoughts Don’t disappear From your responsibilities And don’t pretend You have the time to make believe don’t take a break When things are at their worst Staring at the sun through tides I know you feel it Watching as it make you sigh But for what reason? Pero like you know I tried You best believe it I’m trying I’m pushing All the words you Want to hear You speak as if you own my thoughts Don’t disappear From your responsibilities And don’t pretend You have the time to make believe don’t take a break When silence hurts the most You tried But you lied You tried But you lied You tried But you lied You Lied You lied

about

I wrote these songs many moons ago. I want to say Spells was one of the first songs I wrote for this project. It sounded way different and shelved it thinking it would collect digital dust, but recently have been revisiting old songs to bring new life into them. I'm happy with how it turned out, it feels nostalgic to listen to. I wrote the initial demo in the summer of 2012. And for Routine, I wrote it when a friend told me they hated their warehouse job and how they felt like they were stuck doing the same endless tasks over and over again. It was written sometime in 2013. I felt that these songs fit together as a release, and I'm honestly surprised I finally decided to release it. I hope you enjoy them too.
